Participants learn how an invigorating morning workout at the Sky Pool can really kick-start their day.

What are the benefits of this class?
Aqua Fitness provides a high-intensity cardiovascular workout and strengthens muscles thanks to the natural resistance of the water. Since the water supports the body, there is less burden on joints and lower chance of injury. 

Who will teach this class?
Swim Australia-certified coach and veteran Sky Pool instructor Benni Edriansyah leads swimmers through these morning workouts.
