Shipments cannot be sent with handwritten labels. Please fill out the online forms ahead of time via the link and present it at the counter upon shipment.
Please refer to the User Guide about how to create labels.
Special Club rates are available only when the "shipper" is a Member and items are sent from the Club to destinations outside Japan.
The Money-Back Guarantee Policy* does not apply to shipments using the Member discount from the FedEx counter at the Club.
*The Money-Back Guarantee Policy provides a refund or credit of your transportation charges if FedEx misses their delivery commitment date due to their failure.

New National Theatre, Tokyo
Taking a classic holiday ballet to new frontiers, The Nutcracker and the Mouse King has been a favorite among audiences since it premiered in 2017.
