International Bazaar: Member's Night

Kick off the three-day celebration of handcrafted creations, dazzling designs and one-of-kind curios at this sneak preview Members day.

Both Azabudai and Nihonbashi Members and their guests are invited to explore the stalls of forty artists, artisans and vendors selling everything from interior furnishings and artwork to Japanese handicrafts and handmade jewelry at a Member-exclusive evening event on November 10.

The Members' only night features a special performance from Hogaku Team D, a group of traditional musicians who support various aid efforts, and a sake tasting featuring selections from Ishikawa, offering a taste of the region’s renowned craftsmanship.

The International Bazaar is Connections’ biggest charitable fundraising event of the year. Nihonbashi Members are also welcome to join the opening night festivities.

Yaesu Ishikawa Terrace & Shamisen Workshop

The popular local specialty shop for Ishikawa Prefecture, Yaesu Ishikawa Terrace, will open a special booth in the Brooklyn Suite at this year's event. Specialty goods from Ishikawa will be available with proceeds supporting the Noto region.

Attendees can also try making a traditional shabo shamisen from cardboard in a hands-on workshop on November 11 from 2pm and 4pm and on November 12 from 11am.
