Chef Oikawa Night in 1673

Savor a Kyoto-style, full-course kaiseki meal prepared by a master chef.

Kaiseki, a form of Japanese haute cuisine that features numerous small dishes, is one of the country’s most refined culinary offerings.

Members will be able to enjoy it for themselves when Tomoomi Oikawa, the chef and owner of the restaurant Nihonbashi Oikawa, serves up a symphony of flavors at 1673 in the Nihonbashi Club.

Oikawa is known for his insistence on using only the freshest ingredients, which he sources from Toyosu and Kyoto and uses to create dishes that appeal to both Japanese and Western diners.
